After you submit your receipts, your points will be in the "pending" state. Your points will remain pending until: 

  • The dates of travel have passed and
  • Your expenses have been approved for reimbursement by your company

It can take a few weeks from the time you are reimbursed until your pending points are released.

If you have already submitted your expenses, feel free to send a screenshot of the approved expense report detailing each portion of your trip to support@rocketrip.com. If you use Concur Expense, you can check out our article on how to access your expense report here. Otherwise, you can chat us from your employee dashboard, and we'd be happy to help! 

Note: Any ancillary costs (i.e. room service) are excluded from our rewards calculations.
