We look within a radius of the location you enter into the system. As a rule of thumb, the more exact the location (i.e. the full address), the better. In other words, if you need to meet at a specific office or conference location, use that address.

Enter the location that works best for the trip and choose from the drop-down menu. The locations are based on Google places, so street addresses are usually best.

Keep in mind, in order to be eligible for points, the city in your Price to Beat must match your itinerary exactly.
