Status: Well this is awkward. Extension not supported: This means that the Rocketrip Extension is currently not available for your company yet. No worries! You can still earn rewards by directly creating your Price to Beat through the Rocketrip website. 

Status: It looks like you don't have the extension installed (Self-Install):
​This means that the Rocketrip Extension is currently available for your company and you can directly download it yourself by clicking the "Download" button. If you are still not seeing the Rocketrip extension in Concur after downloading it, please click here.

Status: It looks like you don't have the extension installed (Pushed):
​This means that the Rocketrip Extension is currently available for your company and your IT should have already installed it on your computer. Please click the "Contact IT" button for further assistance.
