What should I do if I need to cancel my trip?

We know that business trips are subject to changes and cancellation. Here are two ways to let Rocketrip know when your plans change.

Edit or delete your trip before rebooking through your travel management company or submitting receipts

Before you've submitted your receipts to receipts@rocketrip.com, you can 'Edit Trips' or 'Delete Trip' directly from your dashboard.

Edit or cancel a trip after submitting receipts
โ€‹
If you need to cancel all or part of a trip that receipts have been sent in for, click the 'Cancel' button on your dashboard.

Plans changed? If you have already booked your travel and sent receipts, you can edit your Price to Beat to match your new travel plans from your dashboard. Please send through your relevant receipts to receipts@rocketrip.com if not booking through your travel management company.
