I see the orange Rocket icon in my toolbar, but I'm still not seeing my Price to Beat in Concur.

If you see the orange Rocket icon in your toolbar, but still do not see your Price to Beat in Concur, please follow the next steps below:

Google Chrome (Cookies and Trusted Sites):

  1. Open your browser's cookie settings by typing chrome://settings/content/cookies in the address bar.

  2. Check to make sure the following settings are as follows: Allow sites to save and read cookie data (On), Block third-party cookies (Off), c) Block - No sites added (none). 

Internet Explorer (Cookies and Trusted Sites)

  1. Go to Tools → Internet Options

  2. Go to Privacy tab and make sure all first and third-party cookies are enabled. 

  3. Go to Security Tab → Trusted Sites and confirm Rocketrip and Concur are listed as trusted sites. 

If that still did not do the trick, please check to see that there are no other third-party extensions that might be interfering with the Rocketrip extension. Ad-blockers are known to have this effect, as well as Ghostery.
