I don't see the Rocketrip extension in my toolbar.
I don't see the Rocketrip extension in my toolbar.

If you installed the extension, but don't see the orange rocket icon in your toolbar, please take these next steps:

Google Chrome

  1. Navigate to Rocketrip in your downloaded extensions by typing chrome://extensions in the address bar.

  2. Make sure the Rocketrip extension is enabled. If you are browsing in Incognito mode, you'll also check off “Allow in incognito” 

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to Tools → Manage Add-ons. 

  2. Check if anything Rocketrip-related is listed in add-ons and if this is enabled. 

  3. If it is not enabled, enable it and restart entire browser.

If you are seeing the orange Rocket icon in your toolbar, but still not seeing your Price to Beat in Concur, please click here.
